RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us. You can request a return or cancellation by contacting our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email.

RETURNS

For returns in UAE: Enjoy FREE returns on all sales within 5 days from the date of delivery. There will be no extra charges for returns within the UAE.

General instructions:

● All items have to be returned in an unused and original condition that it was delivered in.

● Please ensure, all security tags (if attached) are still intact along with all other order contents.

● We will not accept any returns if the items are used, or in dirty/ damaged conditions.

● We will not accept returns if the security tag (if attached) is missing, broken or replaced.

● We will not accept returns of used clothes due to hygiene conditions.

● Items that are returned in use, or in dirty/ damaged conditions, will be returned back to you and there will be no refund processed.

● If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact us on our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email within 14 days from the date of delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by contacting our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email.

In case of any unprecedented events, we may cancel your order. You will be notified within 1-2 business days via our Customer Service WhatsApp and Email.

General instructions:

● If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued inclusive of the shipping fees paid (if applicable). This offer is valid for all orders in the UAE and GCC region.

● If you wish to cancel your order after shipment, cancellation charges will apply.

● If we have cancelled your order, a full refund will be issued inclusive of the shipping fees paid (if applicable). This offer is valid for all orders in the UAE and GCC region

REFUNDS

For refunds in UAE: All refunds will be processed immediately within 1-2 business days of receiving your order back in our location. You will be notified via our Customer Service WhatsApp or Email once the refund is processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
